Job Description
Human Resources Assistant for Compensation and Benefits will have the following functions:
1. Support the compensation and benefits leads in all compensation and benefits side of HR such as:
a. registration of employees to SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, and BIR
b. online posting of remittance report for these agencies
c. SSS loan processing, Philhealth claim remittance
2. Support Fleet in all payroll functions and administrative 201 files such as:
a. filing on-boarding requirements (eg. contracts, license, proof of address, NBI, etc)
b. filing of disciplinary memo from the Station Heads
c. payroll computation
d. payslip preparation
e. registration of riders to SSS, Philhealth, Pag Ibig, BIR under Wall Street Inc.
f. posting of remittance reports to above mentioned agencies for riders
g. riders’ SSS loan processing, Philhealth claim remittance
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years HR experience in various compensation and benefits
- Experienced in handling timekeeping and payroll
- Experienced in handling SSS, Philhealth, HDMF transactions
- Basic knowledge of labor code
- Understanding the new TRAIN law for employee compensation
- Experience in drafting Compliance and CompBen policies is an advantage
- Above average communication skills, both verbal and written
- High comfort level in using MS Excel, PPT or equivalent google programs (GSlides, GSheets)
- Tech savvy; Experience in using online project management applications preferred
