As a Human Resources Intern Admin, you will provide a wide range of support to HR programs & operations (Employee database and administration) and deliver the tasks given to the highest standard. Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Manage and update internal HR databases;
- Manage and provide analysis employee annual review;
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed;
- Provide analysis & research report for salary benchmark;
- Participate in organizing company events.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting (College students are encouraged to apply);
- Experience and passion in HR-related field;
- Familiarity with Google Tools;
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Organizational and management skills;
- Fast learner;
- Proficient in English.
