Job Description
Inside Sales
- Responsible for the timely renewal of maintenance or subscription of existing accounts
- Achieve personal and group monthly targets
- Build Relationship with Accounts who have renewal opportunities
- Provide sales support to the sales team by helping to Process and facilitate Account Accreditation, RFP documentation requirements, etc.
- Create and maintain systems and procedures to ensure effective implementation of the Sales manager’s directives
Marketing and Lead Generation
- Build up Netrust Customer Database through lead generation activities such as cold calling or after-event followups
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Netrust suite of solution and services and setup appointments for the Account Managers.
- Work with the Sales Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in the sales CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
- Help the Product Managers and Sales team in organizing marketing events, providing administrative and logistic support such as ensuring attendance of participants,looking for suitable venues, helping source for the give-aways, brochures, etc.
- Prepare sales pipeline reports every Monday based on the CRM inputs.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to ascertain areas of priority for deeper market penetration
Minimum Qualifications
- University or College Degree
- At least one year experience in a sales or telemarketing role
- To be successful in this role, you have to be persuasive, determined and must be able to handle objections well.
- Those who have experienced working in call center (Outbound sales) would be advantageous
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to eagerly provide sales support to the Account Managers in various areas when necessary
- Excellent spoken and written skills in both English and Tagalog
