Job Description
Tasks:
- Catalogs and distributes information
- Assists the ED in assigned projects
- Maintains the executive calendar. Schedules meetings and presentations.
- Produces research, presentations, and briefs for the ED and management team
- Acts as point of contact for the ED and internal /external clients
- Develops and maintains an efficient documentation and filing system
- Safekeeps confidential information
- Plans internal and external events

- Gathers relevant information and identifies key issues
- Develops procedures for quick classification, better storage, protection and disposition of records to provide integrity, reliability, efficiency and effectiveness in records management functions and to respond to internal and external clients’ needs

- Prepares related database of information

- Reviews and checks the accuracy of information in work reports. Provides immediate feedback to on revisions needed

Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
- 3-years work experience
- Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility
- 16 hours training.
