Job Description
- Create content & social media strategy, plan execution, report and analysis to boost employer branding
- Develop guidelines for Employer Branding & Culture’s content
- Responsible for writing and editing content
- Responsible for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Medium) analysis
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to create publications in order to attract talents
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in writing content
- Excellent in creating social media strategy
- Strong knowledge in social media analytics and in using tools such as Sprout social, Hootsuite, Social Baker, etc.
- Experienced working across various levels and departments
- Good in project management with prioritizing skills and stick to deadlines
- Self-driven, proactive and enthusiastic
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Indonesian and English
