Job Description:
- Build and maintain client relationship in the Philippines.
- Market and support MobiWeb software in the Philippines.
- Communicate and coordinate sales related matters/Complaints/issues with customers within the Philippines.
- Assist to follow up with required documentations while providing timely, regularly and accurate reports as scheduled by the management.
- Support, install and train MobiWeb group software and products to customers in the Philippines.
- Maintaining and efficient work environment.
- Work with finance team on the billing matter.
- Response to requests and demand from customers
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements :
- IT literate, able to work with PC, Android and IOS.
- Independent, proactive and self motivated.
- Willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.
- Ambitious, willing to build a career.
