Job Description
Handles and resolves basic phone and e-mail inquiries, requests and complaints on the bank’s products and services of the Corporate Banking Group clients particularly on deposit servicing, cash management, treasury, loans and trade transactions efficiently.
- Handles basic phone and e-mail inquiries and requests on Bank’s products, services and e-banking facility
- Handles efficiently all customer complaints and feedback thus improving the current processes.
- Handles customer in courteous, friendly, and professional manner as integrated with Metrobank’s core competencies.
- Accomplishes daily, weekly and monthly assigned tasks and performs offline duties seamlessly
- Ensures consistent communication with fulfillment group to complete investigation items of client’s concerns
- Performs marketing function by coordinating with MBTC branches the promotion pertaining to credit facilities and cash management
- Maintains position of accountability in adherence to keeping corporate documents with outmost care
- Observes proper documentation or client’s inquiry, request and/or complaint
- Observes all devised activities/ procedures for total quality customer service
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
