Job Description
- Implement effective practices related to recruitment and training of Property Specialists
- Supervise sales team to ensure target quota is met
- Manage team compliance in company policies and provisions as stated under the company’s Code of Ethics
- Market and Sell Megaworld Makati and Pampanga
- Participate in all marketing and business activities organized by the company
- Assist the needs and concerns of clients
- Attend to inquiries, requests, and concerns of potential and existing buyers
- Prospect clients, negotiate, and close sales
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Has Associate / Bachelor's degree in any field
- Has at least 3 to 5 years of extensive experience in Real Estate Marketing and Sales
- Has excellent communication, presentation, networking, negotiation and customer service skills
- Must be skilled in Sales Planning and Execution
