Senior Account Manager/Builder

• The key role is to maintain a working relationship between the agency and the client.
• To liaison between the client and the creative team and ensure that client's needs and goals are met.

Primary Focus: Maintain relationship with existing and retained client's of the agency by managing and building the client's projects to completion

Secondary Focus: Ensure that communication lines with internal agency departments, suppliers, and colleagues via alignment meetings, job order, status and contact reports. Ensure efficiency of workload schedule with the sales and marketing team, creative team, and other relevant teams.

Responsibilities:

• Liaises with clients to discuss and identify their advertising and marketing requirements while ensuring that communication flows effectively.
• Works with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget and is able to present the campaign ideas and budget to the client.
• Planning and Development of marketing and advertising plans and strategy and assists the client in solving marketing problems.
• Negotiates with clients and agency staff about details of the project.
• Presents creative work to clients for approval or modification.
• Handles budgets, manages campaign costs and ensuring close coordination with finance for invoicing clients.
• Close the quota forecast for the retained business account. Take part in pitching for new contracts
• Initiate new jobs for the client. Oversee the various production stages of every material requirement.
• Supervises and monitors the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Keep staff and creatives on task and motivate to get work completed on time.
• Be able to envision what the client wants and needs are to meet their target market and to communicate that vision to the Agency.
• Researching client's products, services, plans, competitors and target market
• Provide a very well documented client book and keep all records of the client on track.

• A graduate of Advertising, Marketing or any related field.
• 3-5 years Accounts and Team Management in Creative and Digital Advertising Campaigns.
• Advertising Degree and Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Strategic Marketing and Sales Experience is required.
• Experience in building excellent Client Relationships is necessary.
