Job Description
- The Administrative Assistant- Technology and Product Engineering will support a group of management and the Engineering team in numerous administrative and creative responsibilities. This role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, and a technical mind.
- Generate, compile and validate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reports
- Schedule and arrange Engineering and Mancom functional meetings
- Maintain Engineering's electronic systems and procedures
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Attend key meetings and generate minutes
- Help track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
- Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate with a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
- 3 – 5+ years of MS office experience
- Experience in producing power point presentations
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- High level of integrity in managing confidential information
