Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Community Partnerships Officer (CRO) to spearhead community programs which include the following:
- Livelihood Programs (Recruitment, On-Boarding, Training, as well as other Social Enterprises and Businesses)
- Environmental Education programs and campaigns to local communities, schools, stakeholders and partners
- Sanitation and Health programs
- Community Entry and Interventions
- Area Management, Security and Maintenance
- Other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager
The role is located in Baras, Rizal, about one and a half hours from Quezon City via Marcos Highway.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably at least 1 year experience in similar work;
- Strong organising, people relations and communication skills;
- A passion for environmental conservation and community development;
- Adaptable, resourceful and flexible in job tasks;
- Thrives in outdoor, mountain and rural environment;
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
- Dynamic, strategic, proactive and fair in handling social issues and challenges related to conservation
