Job Description
Job Summary:
Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for managing all activities associated with Call Center operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements process and/or operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations
- Establishes and implements performance and service standards
- Supports in the performance management and staff development of call center department
- Provides direction and guidance to guarantee consistent achievement of key performance metrics
- Ensures that calls, emails and chats are handled professionally and customer’s complaints/issues are being address properly
- Prepares and keeps records, monthly reports and other documents related to call center operations
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of a bachelor's degree in any field
- Knowledge: At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a BPO setting
- Technical Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Soft Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, keen to details, comfort with technology, demonstrated interpersonal, coaching and supervisory skills
- Attitude: Ability to learn and adapt in a startup environment, hungry to learn, drive to be a team player, has a positive and upbeat attitude
- Willing to work in Haig, Mandaluyong City and/or General Trias, Cavite
