Job Description

Tasks:

  • Conduct outbound calls to cold leads, as well as follow-up calls to warm leads, to generate interest in our services.
  • Set appointments with qualified leads by effectively showcasing the benefits of our SEO solutions.
  • Ensure a high attendance rate for scheduled appointments by providing clear confirmation details and sending timely reminders.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity by making a minimum of 12 to 15 calls per hour.
  • Aim to set a target of 3 to 4 appointments per day to contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide detailed and accurate information on scheduled appointments.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of SEO trends and strategies to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the appointment setting process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful appointment setting and lead generation in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and techniques to effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with a positive and upbeat tone.
  • Ability to engage and connect with leads through phone calls, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm.
  • Clear and articulate speaking voice with excellent grammar and language skills.
  • Neutral accent to ensure effective communication with our diverse clientele.
  • Reliable and stable internet connection with a backup plan in case of any interruptions.
  • Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software and CRM systems to manage and track appointments.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet set goals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of calls.
