Job Description
Objectives:
- Provide administrative support for project management duties
- Provide inbound marketing support by timely uploading of marketing materials in selected platforms for 26 content every month
Responsibilties:
- Administrative Support
- Processing request for payments suppliers
- Support tracking schedules team members-timely submission of internal deadlines
- Support traffic workload team members
- Inbound Marketing Support
- Coordination with supplier for report generation SEO and web development team
- Uploading blog and case study entry
- Editorial assistant tasks
- Organize editorial assets-photos
- Research stock photos for mailers
- Research support for content planning
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowing how to plan and having the ability to manage time
- Having creative and good presentation skills
- Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing and email marketing)
