Job Description
- Receives visitors courteously and tactfully.
- Answers telephone calls promptly, takes down messages accurately and directs/relays them to person concern immediately.
- Entertains applicants for interview.
- Receives the daily Time Records of the workers to be forwarded to the HR Department for timekeeping.
- Occasionally filing and photocopying of documents.
- Safe keeps and issues different forms if needed.
- Log on documents, receives and transmits to the concerned Department (fax, mails, invoices etc)
- Disseminating memos to different Departments.
- Assists the HR Supervisor / Assistant in calling up site employees for verification.
- Assists the HR Department in preparing the ER2 (Philhealth), R1A (SSS) and Identification Cards for site employees.
- Ask the schedule of the Liason Officer for a schedule of fieldwork regarding government compliance and documents.
- Carry out other responsibilities within the overall functions
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a College Degree
- With good communication skills and very pleasing personality
