- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve overall quota of sales
- Manage all sales operations and activities to make sure that agreed quotas are met
- Proposes and implements strategies and networking activities to strengthen broker relations
- Orienting and offering of support to sales agents/brokers including proposing incentives or commission
- Analyzes sales goals and report results
- Develop and evaluate performance of sales teams
- Ensure selling prices are updated and competitive
- Provides project updates for sales team and brokers
- Recommend effective marketing strategies and networking activities to improve selling activities
- Establish regular sales training programs for sales agents
- Provide coaching,counselling and educational opportunities for the sales team
- Develop incentive program and commissions for sales team and brokers
Lead business development strategy and execution, marketing, and development of strategic partnerships to increase scale.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
