Job Description
- Manage and own the Teacher's schedule
- Liaise with outsourcing clients to determine teacher requirements
- Manage Teachers metrics and KPIs such as utilization rates, attendance, feedback etc.
- Prepare pertinent and relevant reports, as needed
- Assist with expansion strategy in terms of operational requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of working experience in a progressive Call Center environment, preferably in Workforce Management or Resource Planning
- Should be a graduate of any 4-year college or university course
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to work in Pasig City
