Job Description

As our Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of our marketing strategy, crafting and executing plans that align with our immediate goals and long-term aspirations. Your role is pivotal in shaping our brand's presence in the healthcare technology space, driving growth, and fostering meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that promotes company growth and market penetration.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry partners to establish and expand partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor a team of assistant marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and tailor quotations to meet client specifications, ensuring a personalized approach.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in our products and solutions, ensuring your marketing strategies reflect our cutting-edge offerings.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all company policies, procedures, and ethical codes.
  • Provide insightful feedback to management, contributing to enhanced marketing, business development, and sales tactics based on client interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with persuasive presentation capabilities.
  • A proven track record of solving complex problems effectively and creatively.
  • Experience in account management, with a flair for nurturing and growing client relationships.
  • Negotiation prowess, with an ability to close deals and forge mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, including familiarity with marketing software and tools.
  • Physical fitness and a readiness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
