Job Description
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Accommodate visitors and clients of the property
- Prepare meetings, appointments and special events for managers or supervisors
- Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Prepare and organize permits, government mandated documents and other records of the property
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Perform billing and collection duty as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Preferably with work experience in Accounting, AR/AP, bookkeeper and Billing and Collection process or General Accounting.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- With good communication skills and can deal with different kinds of customers.
