Job Description

  • Menganalisis tren, profile customer, memberikan rekomendasi analisa kepada tim sales dan melakukan report seluruh program campaign CRM.
  • Menindaklanjuti serta mengoptimalkan kinerja dari seluruh channel dalam CRM (Email, Whatsapp, Aplikasi) berdasarkan hasil analisis data.
  • Membuat dan mengelola konten kreatif untuk channel CRM (Email, Whatsapp, social media)
  • Organize dan mengelola event / member activity untuk meningkatkan customer loyalty Gramedia
  • Mengelola seluruh member Gramedia dan membuat berbagai program retention dan akuisisi

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pendidikan minimal S1(Marketing/Marcomm/PR/Manajemen)
  • Kreatif dan memiliki skill problem solving
  • Mampu menganalisis data dan terbiasa menggunakan Excel
  • Technology Savvy, dan mengetahui tools CRM
  • Berpengalaman mengoperasikan dan melakukan analisa di business analytics tools (PowerBI, atau Google Data Studio)
  • Mampu berkomunikasi baik, bekerja dengan tim.
