Public Relations (PR) Specialist  

This is not a typical PR role. This is a unique and rare opportunity to help shape and publicise the social impact of a fastest growing HR tech start up in South East Asia. You will be part of transforming the way Indonesian millennials find jobs.

Role as follow:

• Design, build, execute and sustain the PR strategies for Kalibrr Indonesia

• Sources and manages informations-sharing and partnership opportunities from various channels to grow B2B and B2C database

• Represents and upholds the company's best image and interest in all professional contacts and linkages

• Managing PR budget with insight into the business impact of marketing initiatives

To succeed you will require:

• 1 to 2 years public relation work experience with proven track-record of helping business grow
• Intense focus on data-driven decision making with strong Excel and data visualization skills
• Professional written and verbal fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work through high pressure moments while staying as cool as ice-cream
