As part of the Partnerships team, we are looking for an experienced Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You will help in strategically planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties. You will be part of a team of strategic and creative thinkers and we're looking for like-minded people to join us.
To be an excellent program coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. If you have further skills in program development and project management, we’d like to meet you.
The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to Kalibrr’s high standards.
You should be a self-starter and continuous learner with a positive attitude toward others. You are someone who is motivated by setting and hitting your goals. You will be working in a dynamic team focused on expanding Kalibrr's reach with the job seekers and employers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and qualification for potential partners in target industries and markets
- Sales work (e.g client presentations, phone calls) with Marketing aspects (e.g. lead generation, market research)
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
- Help build positive relationships across internal teams and with external parties based on professional client and account management practices
- Implementation of partnership agreements including technical integration, marketing communication plan, and event organization by coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders
- Planning and coordination of programs and its activities
- Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years work experience as program coordinator (or relevant position), preferably at an industry organization
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Knowledge of program management
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
