Job Description

Lead a team that is responsible to negotiate, on-board, enable and manage key distributors, resellers and new channels to bring the best Kalibrr experience to our customers

Plan, test and scale new channel friendly sales programs (i.e. MDF, back and front margin) or improvements to existing programs to grow adoption of Kalibrr while leveraging these routes to market

Develop and deploy channel specific KPIs, deliver reporting, performance assessment and communicate results to key stakeholders (executive and operational) in order to rapidly scale success across the channel

Assist in designing, managing and driving to a channel quota that allows for a Kalibrr ecosystem to thrive

Responsible for engaging with the wider Kalibrr team including marketing, support, sales, operations, and program teams to enable distributors and resellers globally

Collaborate with the Enterprise Partner Lead and regional sales leadership team for insight and guidance to ensure alignment with regional priorities
Minimum Qualifications
General Description
To help with the ongoing growth of Kalibrr’s business, we are seeking a Channel Partner Manager who is passionate about cloud-based SaaS technologies and the role that digital tools can play in transforming the productivity and collaboration in companies.
This Channel Partner Manager would build and lead our emerging channel program. The role will report to and collaborate with our Enterprise Partner Lead to help define and grow a ‘partner first’ sales model in order to build a robust ecosystem around Kalibrr.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the role that communication and collaboration can play in improving the productivity and effectiveness of people in the workplace, has experience owning specific channel KPIs and driving top-line growth through the channel, as well as strong problem solving and program management skills.
This person will have had great experience in taking the channel from start-up to hugely successful ecosystem. Success in this position requires strategic thinking, leadership, impeccable communication, strong analytical skills, strong executive presence as well as the ability to lead large cross-functional groups. This is a full-time position based in our Jakarta/Manila office.

7+ years experience with distributor, reseller and channel programs

Experience in SaaS and experience navigating challenges and determining suitable outcome for all involved

Experience managing various projects, keeping everyone up-to-date and following through on delivery

Experience negotiating in the channels space and navigating challenges

Experience creating and collaborating with multi region, cross-functional relationships to lead projects

Experience leveraging data to develop business plans, knowledge of customers and market insight and analyze program effectiveness
