The successful candidate will be assist the Retail Shop Manager in all shop sales activities, from lead generation through to close. She will implement customer acquisition strategies within a set budget, achieve sales goals, meet client expectations and evaluate effectiveness of implemented programs.
We offer a monthly salary plus sales commission.
Minimum Qualifications
- Customer service focus
- Excellent sales service to ensure utmost customer satisfaction
- Productive trust relationships with customers
- Ability to “go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Broad knowledge of fine jewelry and ability to cross-sell
- Team spirit to collaborate with co-workers on customer service
- Proficiency in English
- Ideally, the applicant should be female with work experience in high-end retail
