Job Description
- Max. age hired 35 years old
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- At least possess associate degree (all majors)
- Have 1 year of customer service experience, and have received service soft skills training
- Typing speed 50 words/min
- Good communication and listening skill
- Have the ability of computer operating properly
- Familiar in e-commerce customer behaviour and business, at least have experience using e-commerce platform as buyer and seller once
- Willing to work with shifting in Yogyakarta
Minimum Qualifications
- Listen actively to customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate and helpful information.
- Identify and assess customer needs and issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Escalated the ticket to Team Leader.
