Job Description
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers
- Design and deliver user-stories, site-flows, wireframes, and mockups (low-fidelity and high-fidelity comps) for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Translate user flows, wireframes, mockups into prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Ability to collaborate closely with clients and developers
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Sketch and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team player; strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various
Teams and Stakeholders
- Effective time-management skills; ability to adhere to project timeline/schedule
- Life-long learner; ability to work independently and solve problems through providedchannels
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Design or relevant field
