Job Description
- Will be responsible for daily communication with buyers regarding offers and order processing.
- Review/polish initial details in AAG (at a glance) files prior to finalization of product offers per collection.
- Sending new product offers to franchisees for pre-booking.
- Consolidation of orders from franchisees to be submitted to Production Merchandisers for order booking reference.
- Monitoring of collection updates in order to provide timely information to franchisees whenever necessary.
- Close coordination with MRs and Creative Department on relevant details and changes that need to be communicated to franchisees.
- Systematic maintenance of export order files and records for retrieval and reference.
- Attend to buyers' concern on shipment discrepancies and quality issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course.
- Experience in Garment Merchandising and/or Buying Office set-up.
- Familiarity with different types of Fabrics and different designs of Garment/Apparel is an advantage.
- Ability to follow-up orders-from product offer, design updates, sample dispatch and production delivery.
- Strong communication skills (oral and writing) and able to handle communication with international buyers.
- Advance MS office skills. (ability to work with inventory management software)
- Can prepare reports and documents with speed and precision.
- Multitasking with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Smart. Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Can work under pressure.
