Job Description
- Interviews patients to obtain medical histories and explain the procedure to patients.
- Responsible for conducting echo cardiography studies, stress echo echocardiograms, and doppler flow analysis of the heart and related structures.
- Assist in Nuclear Cardiology examinations.
- Advises cardiologist of results of examination and provides preliminary diagnostic evaluation.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the work area and monitors the stock of of all necessary supplies
- Maintains / cleans equipment as per company protocols
- Records patient medical records and archives them as per company protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in 2D Echocardiography or Vascular Imaging.
- Able to communicate effectively, compassionately, and professionally with different patients from children to the elderly.
- Able to closely follow physician instructions, prepare equipment and position patients, and obtain optimal images for diagnosis.
