Account Executive  

We’re hiring for our sister company - A premier Pressure Washing Cleaning Service in the Philippines

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our pressure washing cleaning services. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our client base. This position involves building relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services

Responsibilities:

Generate Sales Leads:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for targeted outreach.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their pressure washing cleaning requirements.

Sales Presentations:

• Conduct compelling and informative presentations to showcase our services and differentiate us from competitors.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of our pressure washing cleaning solutions.

Quoting and Proposal Submission:

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on client needs.
• Create professional proposals outlining the scope of work and pricing.

Negotiation and Closing:

• Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Comfortable in pressure washing job

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5’4 in height, and in good physical condition
• Proven 2-5 experience in sales,
• Experience or knowledge in the cleaning services industry is a plus
• Has knowledge of property management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Preferably lives in the South
• Able to drive
