Office Administrator  

Tasks:

• Provide administrative support for the office by organizing and registering documents in Excel
• Invoicing of goods, supervising and registering the incoming invoices
• Procuring and verifying documents, bills of delivery, cheques
• Digitalize and file confidential contracts, agreements and other documentations
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and regulations
• Managing corporate affairs, such as posting, mailing, banking, purchasing office supplies
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• School leaving exam or equivalent of it
• Two or more years’ experience in a customer-centered business environment with administrative responsibility
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal (English and Filipino)
• Highly proficient in MS Office, specifically in Excel
• Multitasking capability, creative problem-solving skills
• Reliable independent work, energetic personality
• Be pro-active in looking for opportunities to be helpful in the office
• Must have a valid driver’s license
