Job Description
- Implements HSEQ standards, provides technical assistance on HSEQ issues, and partners with the business on compliance, project management, and HSEQ management issues;
- Measures key metrics that drive the effectiveness of HSEQ and Facility activities;
- Deploys safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental processes which demonstrate continuous improvement in HSEQ stewardship directed toward preventing accidents, eliminating safety hazards, waste minimization and pollution prevention;
- Leads the integration of facility initiatives and ensure facility resources align with and meet business needs;
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Safety, Environmental Science, Facilities, or any related field;
- Minimum 5 years and above of relevant experience in HSE and Quality Management;
- With good experience managing HSEQ requirements and facilities management in a multi-site manufacturing environment;
- Must be thoroughly knowledgeable and conversant in the applicable HSEQ disciplines, sciences and regulations;
- Highly motivated and self-directed, with strong influencing and leadership skills;
- Broad knowledge of governmental health, safety, & environmental regulations and requirements;
- Strong project management skill;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
