Job Description :
- Assist in developing Hangry expansion plans nationally, incl. multi-format outlets and partnerships required
- Perform market research, build national partnership development roadmap together with management
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate partnership outlet performances and act as advocate for outlet growth with wider Business, Marketing and Operationas teams at Hangry
- Manage prioritization on leads development and other partnership initiatives.
- Be part of driving structuring of any new partnership scheme(s), as required by commercial targets, in coordination with Legal and Finance teams
- Leading establishment of the necessary support infrastructure for Partnership Development
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years experience leading sales and relationship management teams in a nationwide company
- Highly driven & independent; comfortable with aggressive targets
- Good team player with a can-do attitude
- Willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment solving real-life business issues. Experience in an early stage startup or tech industry is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required by business needs
- Clear, structured Communication – written, oral, and visual
