What will you do:

• Identifies recurring/repeating technical issues; plan and execute the solution to prevent it from recurring; OR create knowledge base so that the resolution delivery is faster.
• Identify, plan and execute IT initiatives (projects) to help to improve user productivity.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues; related to systems, software/hardware and telephony.
• Closely liaise with other engineers, for technical escalation.
• Closely liaise with the administrative team for IT policy enforcement, to maintain accurate IT inventory record and the IT purchase.

• Mastering the IT support in Windows, MacOS, smart phones in an Active Directory environment.
• Good understanding of IT networking (routing, switching and firewalling), both wired and wireless environments.
• Experience in working with the telephony system (VOIP).
• Ability to write technical documentation, to contribute to the knowledge base.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
