Job Description
- Develop stratetgy, policy and procedure of Credit Acquisition
- Review and revise the new/ existing policies and procedures for the business relevant to credit risk in light of changing market conditions based on leading practices
- Ensure that the credit processes within the program are operating effectively and efficiently toward achieving high operating standards.
- Ensure deployment of tools/ systems to facilitate monitoring of the credit risk at product/ portfolio level.
- Ensure that all credit approvals meet overall policy guidelines
- Ensure generation of adequate reports for analysis of the credit portfolio including, but not limited to portfolio concentration risk and portfolio quality.
- Ensure that the economic capital & expected loss of credit portfolio are in line with the Program’s directions.
- Manage all the Fleet management, including the availability of assets, maintenance, insurance
- Make decisions about the types of vehicles to acquire and the most suitable method of financing the fleet
- Maintaining the units so it can operating in good condition
- Ensure that supply chain of units is operating effectively and efficiently
- Coordinate with all teams regarding the overall credit portfolio management and Fleet management of the Program
- Manage and lead all the supervisor and staff under Credit and Fleet department to achieve the goal of the Program
Minimum Qualifications
- BA required, MBA or MS Degree or equivalent experience desired
- 6+ years related working experience in high-change environment
- Experience working in financial and Rental/ Fleet companies highly preferred
- Experience in the Credit Risk Management is highly preferred
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and delivery pragmatic and innovative solutions, influencing at the most senior grade
- Displays an in-depth understanding of both commercial and risk strategic requirement
- Well-developed knowledge of OJK regulation
- Strong quantitative abilities and intuition, exceptional analytical skills
- Strategic thinker capable of driving internal and external to a consensus on important issues
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Well-developed accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change
- Strong customer focus & attention to detail
- Previous project management experience.
