Job Description
- Owns the overall strategy and execution of roadmaps for digital commerce products and its full ecosystem that captures all digital commerce opportunities
- Gathers, analyzes, and provides accurate, relevant, and timely information to make the best recommendations and lead digital ecosystem and customer journey gaps examinations, and further turn these into implementation strategies
- Performs project management functions to optimize new customer experience programs and platforms as well as support digital ecosystem upgrades and tool integrations
- Leverages both qualitative and quantitative, as well as internal and external data to translate and prioritize digital opportunities and business functions into platform features that will maintain a balanced digital commerce portfolio and product roadmap
- Serves as a feature and functional expert for the digital commerce platform as well as delivers user enablement assets to lead digital product development from conception to launch up to ongoing utilization
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in digital product and project management or other comparable digital commerce platforms and customer experience programs
