Job Description
The Operations Support Specialist Associate will be responsible for taking care of our product’s customer support side.
You will be providing world-class support to our users through many different channels such as e-mail and social media. You will be responsible for addressing customer problems and coordinating responses from various internal departments including Engineering, Product, and Business Development.
Together with the team, you will help analyze customer pain points which will help the company improve its products and other internal processes.
In normal startup fashion, you are expected to wear multiple hats in certain situations. The beauty of it is that you’re not limited to just one department of the company. You will have the flexibility to help the team on different aspects.
You would be a great addition to our team if you are passionate about tech, love overcoming challenges, and driven to help customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of PC Hardware/Software
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems individually or in a team environment
- Has a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Willing to go on shifting schedules
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- No prior experience required
