Job Description
- To help manage receivables of consumer postpaid collections
- Analysis and Resolution of Corporate Bulk Payments
- Analysis and Resolution of EWT
- Management of outsource partners (callout and encoding)
- Peparation of Reports
- Credit and collections for corporate accounts with relationship management and customer service functions
- Does reconciliation, coordination and negotiation with clients and ensures accounts are collected within set timeline
- Resolves disputes raised by clients through coordination with different groups or outsourced partners
- Performs regular client visits to address credit and collections concerns
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
- Specialization: Banking / Financial Service
- Job Role: Analyst / Billing and Credit Management
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's / College Degree
- Field of Study: Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Computer Science / IT
- Mandatory Skills: Relationship management and negotiation skills / analytical and skilled in excel and macro
