Job Description
- Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in onboarding of new customers
- Engaging with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Communicating customer feedback to management
- Proactively seek opportunities to engage with new and existing customers to improve their experience with our platform
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues. Work with development and product managers to resolve, and issues and relay updates back to the customer
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least College Undergraduate 2 years
- With or without experience
- Good in written communication skills
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- Proficient in conversational English
- Willing to work in Pasig
