Job Description
- Explains financial services by answering inquiries, explaining requirements and warnings
- Open customer accounts by obtaining and verifying required information; inputting information into customer account database
- Complete transactions by obtaining signatures, receiving and depositing funds. preparing documents
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping account information confidential
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to answer high call volumes
- Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve problems by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing correct information
- High-stress tolerance
- Must be able to adapt to a quickly changing work environment
- Ability to display a positive team player attitude
- Accountable for meeting productivity standards, call quality, attendance, and adherence to work schedule results
