Job Description
As a Non-Voice Customer Support Representative, you will communicate to the customers via non-voice-based communication (i.e. chat and/or equivalent platform) in English to support customer care, consumer qualification, sales, credit and collections and/or remote technical support for clients. You also need to ensure all customers will get the highest level of service by attending to their concerns and inquiries, resolving issues, through efficient method of written (i.e. chat) communication.
You will perform back-office tasks to complete customer concerns and requests, address sales inquiries, probe and qualify customers efficiently and, collaborate and work effectively with other team members to achieve the best results for all customer-related requests.
- Provide accurate and efficient chat support in real-time environment
- Responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our growing portfolio of customers
- Identify additional needs customers may have and help them in their buying decision to buy or upgrade products or services
- Open and maintain customer accounts and information
- Accurately and efficiently comprehend customer’s concerns and respond to them appropriately and timely, with virtually zero-to-minimal pauses in between chat responses
- Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding
- Take the extra mile to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- One (1) year experience working in a call center industry with chat support programs
- Average to excellent typing speed
- Average to excellent in spelling, grammar, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task (handling 5 or more chats concurrently / simultaneously)
- Ability to navigate 3 or more tools
- Willing to work in shifting schedules/holidays
Stay Safe, Stay Home. Amidst the E/M/G community quarantine in Luzon, the entire FPS Manila Community is under work from home setup. All hired during this time will require the ability to work from home. The office-based setup will resume dependent on the organization's direction in the future.
