- Provides assistance in different areas of Accounting/Administration.
- Records all transactions on the books of accounts - general journal books, cash disbursement books and General Ledger.
- Prepares the following:
- Monthly Financial Statements and Reports
- Yearly schedules for Audit purposes and compliance to reportorial requirements.
- Ensures accurate and timely remittance of Tax.
- Ensures complete and proper filing /safekeeping of all company's accountable forms, records and reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, must be a Certified Public Accountant.
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience in an accounting firm or related field.
- Knowlegeable with financial, credit, and sensitivity analysis.
- knowledgeable with accounting, financial controls, and systems.
- Team player and can work in a fast-paced environment.
