Job Description
The primary role of the Receptionist is to man the reception, receive and transfer phone calls and entertain guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and transfer phone calls
- Maintain detailed call log
- Receive, record and distribute mail
- Entertain guests
- Ensure availability of stock of all pantry items
- Manage booking of conference room
- Booking of flights of employees in relation to business activities
- Maintains and logs schedule of all principals/suppliers visiting Fabtech and coordinate with all units/departments involved
- Other tasks as may be assigned be assigned by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): good oral and written communication, organization skills, interpersonal skills, Time Management Skills, MS Office.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Magallanes Makati city.
- Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
