Job Description

  • Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with others to ensure the customers' issues are resolved.
  • Understand the concept of "solution delivered" on first contact.
  • Assist and provide solutions for the customers' questions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of computers and the internet.
  • Average to good communication skills.
  • At least 25 words-per-minute typing speed.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
