Job Description
This job post is done for Kecipir (www.kecipir.com). At Kecipir, we are passionate about improving the livelihoods of local farmers and brining a healthier lifestyle to people through local organic food.
We’re looking for an aspiring Operations Intern who are willing to work from 2pm-11pm with the following job description:
- Data entry, filing, spreadsheet management
- Assist in Operations and Distributions Duty at Kecipir Bogor Hub
- Conduct researches and surveys to farmers directed
- Update database for farmer contacts and products
- Track and manage receipts from farmers
- Create maps for transportation information sheets and routes
- Other works related to Operations and Distribution
Minimum Qualifications
- Last-year students or fresh graduates from reputable university,preferably from Agribusiness or Agritechnology background;
- Domicile in Bogor highly preferred;
- Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person;
- Strong multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
