- Managing all our social media accounts (includes posting content and engaging with the community)
- Answering customer queries
- Helping customers solve problems and achieve their goals
- Assist the team in day-to-day tasks
- Evaluating and updating our operating procedures
- Helping the content team by giving feedback
- Creating detailed, step-by-step action plans.
- Updating systems and project plans.

- 1-2 years experience in a related field (customer service)
- Social media experience preferred (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)
- Excellent management and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Eager to learn and develop skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, customer support, and other common skills of virtual assistants.
- Startup experience is a plus!
