Customer Success Officer

Responsibilities:

• Managing all our social media accounts (includes posting content and engaging with the community)
• Answering customer queries
• Helping customers solve problems and achieve their goals
• Assist the team in day-to-day tasks
• Evaluating and updating our operating procedures
• Helping the content team by giving feedback
• Creating detailed, step-by-step action plans.
• Updating systems and project plans.

• 1-2 years experience in a related field (customer service)
• Social media experience preferred (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)
• Excellent management and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Eager to learn and develop skills
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, customer support, and other common skills of virtual assistants.
• Startup experience is a plus!
