The Customer Success Business Support Coordinator supports the administration matters within the Customer Success team, the largest department within Ematic. You will work closely with the CS Ops Manager to handle and complete different tasks, mainly data extraction, creation of reports, and building a dashboard for the management team to review and implement changes to the business.
As a Customer Success Business Support Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Customer Success Operations Manager and be responsible for the following:
- Perform data extraction from the various systems used by the Customer Success team.
- Create business reports relating to key Customer Success performance indicators.
- Create dashboards that will keep track and provide visualisation of the reports created.
- Provide support to the CS Ops Manager for the analysis of the data.
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in business support and administration, or with relevant academic experience.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experiences working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
- Be proficient in the use of MS Excel and other MS programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful when dealing with day-to-day tasks.
- Constantly shows initiative and take on different responsibilities outside the job scope.
