Customer Service Representative (Retail Account)

Job Description

  • Providing professional and timely customer service via our Customer Experience IT platform
  • Proactively responding and managing all live customer enquiries via our Customer Experience IT platform
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's products and policies to customers
  • Maintain customer relationships to ensure brand trust and gold standard experience
  • Managing all replacements and exchanges in our inventory management system
  • Managing all refunds, exchanges on our ecommerce platform, and organising refunds via relevant payment gateway

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience within customer service call centre roles or administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic approach to tasks
  • Ability to multitask and a high level of organisation
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Admirable personal presentation skills
