Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilities
- Maintains offices to ensure that it meets health and safety standards and other legal requirements
- Manages the cleaning, maintenance of office equipment, waste disposal, security and parking of each office
- Manages any office moves, repairs or renovations to ensure everything goes according to plan
- Maintains asset inventory
- Monitors budgets and strives to reduce costs by using resources effectively
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Information Technology
- Develops and implements IT strategies, policies and procedures
- Ensures security of data, network access, and backup systems
- Prepares a business continuity or recovery plan and back-up procedures in cases of disaster
- Recommends technology that can help the company perform better
- Prepares cost-benefit analysis when upgrades are necessary and negotiates with vendors to ensure we get the best deal
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of Engineering, IT or any related course
- At least 6 years of combined work experience in Facilities Management and IT
- Effective planning and problem-solving skills
- Good in people and project management
- Willing to work in Antipolo City
