Job Description
Summary of accountability
Manages the company's individual/retail business. Responsible for product development, formulation of product strategies and plans, and achievement of sales and profit goals of products.
Specific responsibilities
- Product life cycle management – formulation of long-term and short term plans to to achieve and sustain a profitable growth of the company's individual/retail business.
- Product concept development – coordinates with research and ad agencies in the conduct of market research to develop product concept.
- Advertising and Promotion – coordinates with ad agencies in the development of marketing, promotion, and advertising plans. Implements and monitors effectiveness of advertising and promotion efforts.
- Long-term and Short-term Sales Goal Achievement – drives processes to achieve long-term and short-term sales goals.
- P&L Accountability – accountable for the achievement of the P&L goal of individual/retail business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Business course.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product/brand management in a fast-moving consumer good (FMCG) company, preferrably with sales experience.
- Self-driven, self-starter, analytical, creative, ambitious, and with keen business sense.
