Job Description
- Answers customers inquires promptly and professionally
- Multitask according to daily priorities
- To deal with all correspondence as requested/required
- Handling customer complaints, taking responsibility to investigate, escalate and track appropriately – providing the caller with a timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Undertake training and orientation of front-end servicing applications to offer world-class servicing to our customers.
- Minimum Qualifications

- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
- Preferably, can read and write Mandarin
- Preferably, Filipino Chinese but Natives are welcome to apply
